Leadership Development Program

Our unique development program cross-trains individuals in all aspects of the business and its inner workings. Team members are taught skills in Event Management, Operational Management, HR, Administrative skills, Staff Development and much more! Individuals who complete the program have an all-encompassing understanding of how to successfully run an ongoing business.



Client Associates' responsibilities include communicating with clients and customers in person, creating exposure as well as generating revenue for our clients, all while learning and applying marketing strategies.



Jr Executives are in charge of the development of Client Associates as well as apprenticing the Sr Executives.



Sr Executives are in charge of screening new potential candidates as well as overseeing new accounts and Jr Executives.



Development Executives serve as a point of contact for upper leadership, delegating tasks and carrying out company initiatives.



The Assistant Director supports the Director by managing and training employees and learning all operational protocols such as budgeting, HR, marketing directives, etc.

Directors oversee daily business activities HR, finances and marketing directives. Responsibilities also include managing resources, developing and implementing an operational plan and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly.
